Any or all uses of this systems and all files on this system may be intercepted, monitored, recorded, copied, audited, inspected and disclosed to authorized PPE LLC or its affiliates' personnel. By using this system, the user consents to such interception, monitoring, recording, copying, auditing, inspection and disclosure at the discretion of the authorized PPE LLC and its affiliates' personnel.

PPE LLC and its affiliates have internet and intranet capabilities through this computer system. All users of the internet and email may use those mediums for the sole purpose of doing business on behalf of PPE LLC and its affiliates only. All email messages sent by users should be written the same as other business communications - with professionalism, care and confidentiality. Communication of information identifying a client of PPE LLC and its affiliates is strictly confidential.

Any misuse of the computer system, the internet, intranet or e-mail system provided by PPE LLC and its affiliates will be subject to strict disciplinary procedures, up to termination of employment.
