Job Description
Integrity Health (a PPE affiliate) Partnership Health Centers (PHCs) are progressive, ambulatory full-service, integrated medical practice seeking a Mental Health Therapist to cover our offices in Toms River, Brick, Long Branch and Hamilton. Future sites will be opening in South Brunswick and Lycoming, PA.
Seeking experience with adults. Additional familiarity and comfort with children’s therapy is a plus.
PHC is an outpatient Family Practice dedicated to the teachers and families in the school district.
Clinical supervision is provided to staff weekly.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Communicate effectively with patients, staff and physicians to coordinate care according to the patient’s needs.
Develop appropriate treatment goals and work collaboratively to accomplish them.
Document patient progress and interventions in the medical record (EMR) as required.
Respond to psychiatric crisis situations and provide intervention(s) as necessary, including referrals to other resources.
Counselor Requirements and Qualifications:
Clinical experience as a self-directed/motivated mental health professional, possessing strong written and spoken communication skills, including excellent interpersonal skills with clients, colleagues, and community resources.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Masters Degree with LCSW is preferred. Experienced LPCs are encouraged to apply.
Hybrid in-person and tele-therapy model possible.
